About us

Since 1985 we hold and breed Tibetan Terriers, and more than one decade only with dogs from pure Lamleh lines.

SCHANTI was our first Tibetan Terrier, and she gave the name to our kennel.

 
 

1985 we had our first litter.

It was supposed that we would not keep a puppy from this litter. But then when the puppies were supposed to go to their new homes we could not resist to keep with us a small black dog named Aischa. Thus there were already two.

 
 

The first pure Lamleh Tibetan Terrier came 1990 to us.
 
 
With U'Lhato von Nama-Schu was breed very few.
The real " foundation dogs " of our Lamleh line breeding are:

· A-Mas Tsin-da- Ma-ni of Schantis
· Sheydon`s Sam Dup
· Woodruff's Aurora
 
 
Lamleh was called the kennel of Miss Dr. Agnes Greig, who at the beginning of the 30's introduced the first Tibetan Terriers from Tibet and further purely breed. She put the foundation-stone for the Tibet Terrier breed in the western world and our breed is exclusive from this blood line, thus from pure Tibetan origin.

Before each breeding our breeding stock is examined of heritage eye illnesses and naturally all dogs are free of hp (hip displaysia).
We guarantee you detailed information and maintenance tips before and naturally also after the puppy purchase.

SCHANTI`S Tibetan Terriers are in over 13 countries worldwide and you can find our descendants in many pedigrees. On the following pages you find a selection of our national and international champions here in Germany and abroad.
